Ampersand Answers: Dreams III

A three-part, build-upon-itself, & Answers:

3.   So many of our dreams at first seem impossible,
Then they seem improbable,
and then, when we summon the will,
they soon become inevitable.

The Question:

How can I make my dreams feel totally inevitable ?

&mpersand Answers:

Get with the program, and stay with the program, and when others want to derail you, for whatever reason or reasons, refuse to allow them access to your dreams.

Steps One, Two, Three, and Four are the summoning of your will, Belovèd. You go from dream to I’m possible to I’m probable to your dream.

Step Five is the assumption of inevitability—namely, it’s only a matter of time before your dream is a dream-come-true.

Why? Have a look see at inevitable. It’s a little less obvious than the first two: I’m possible and I’m probable. But it goes right along with them in the end.

Properly, it comes from Latin roots meaning: in- = not, and evitabilis = avoidable. Perfect.

Except I like to divvy it up a little differently, with a more positive spin. Look a little more closely at evitabilis.

e- = from + -vita- = life + -bilis = ability

So when something is inevitable, it generates its own existence (life) within itself (from) because it has the capacity (ability.) And how’s that for a nice Tiffany bow on a three-part Ampersand Answers?!

Now, tell me true, how’s that Caddy treating you?
