The Question:

How can I make my dreams feel less impossible ?

&mpersand Answers:

The very first metaphysical sermon I ever heard, and which really revolutionized my life, was called “I’m Possible.” That’s your first clue.

In the beginning of the dreaming process, you get to make an assumption, one that, if you don’t make it, essentially puts the kibosh on your manifestation until you do. It’s this:

Assume it’s possible.

Here’s why: You wouldn’t have dreamt it up, if it weren’t. Or, said positively, the fact that you dreamed it up says it’s possible.

Here’s the second clue: focus on one, tiny baby step. At a time. One.

Let’s say you want a mint-condition, vintage 1957 red Cadillac—just cuz ya do.

Well obviously, unless you live near a vintage car dealer, you’re not just going to go to the store and buy one.

But let’s also say you’re on a road trip in your current serviceable, if boring, beige sedan, and you stop at a truck stop that has a display of vintage keyrings, including one for your ’57 Caddy. It’s $4.99, so you buy it, on a whim.

Oh, but what a whim. Now you can tell yourself stories about your new car, with its fabulous, matching vintage keyring.

Stay with the feeling of your new car, and hold that keyring in your hand. See it in the ignition, and hear the purr of the perfectly-tuned engine.

Step One: Assume it’s possible.
Step Two: Choose a token to represent the bigger manifestation.

Stay with those two for now.
